Hi! I'm Myrto,
Born and raised in Athens, Greece, I followed a conventional path—studying Business Information Systems and working in banking—only to realize that it wasn’t my path. In 2016, I moved to Cambodia, and that’s where my real growth began. Through this journey, Hestia Yoga & Sound – Phnom Penh was born: a space dedicated to deep connection, healing, and self-discovery.
My mission is to help others reconnect with themselves through a holistic blend of yoga, sound healing, cacao rituals, and Akashic Records readings, all infused with the art of coaching. Each practice I offer is designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit—honoring their unity and balance.
My love for yoga began in 2011 when it became my refuge during life’s challenges. I started teaching in 2015 and have since pursued extensive training, including a 300-hour Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga certification and an Advanced 60-hour Yoga Anatomy course.
My journey with sound healing began unexpectedly during a Thai massage training in Thailand, where I discovered Tibetan singing bowls and purchased my first one. The turning point came in India, where I received my first sound healing session—a profound experience that revealed how deeply out of balance I was. After several sessions, I felt the undeniable effects of sound on the body and mind, inspiring me to train in Himalayan Singing Bowls in Rishikesh and in Kathmandu and then completed Diploma in 1:1 multi-instrument sound healing with the Sound Healing Academy.
Exploring the Akashic Records and specifically completing 3 levels on Soul Realignment® has further deepened my spiritual practice, while cacao rituals have become a powerful tool for opening the heart, connecting with intuition, and fostering meaningful transformation.
I have completed courses to deepen my connection with plant medicine with Florencia Fridman, completed cacao facilitator training with Kim Ruwa, and I am currently on a 1-year transformative journey with the Mayan Wisdom Project to connect with ancient traditions and practices.
Alongside these transformative practices, I have trained as a coach through the Coaching Training Institute (CCI) in a 6-month course that has helped me change the language I use with myself, connect deeper with others, and ask the right questions to truly get to know people. Coaching has become the glue in everything I do, enabling me to be a better version of myself and to help others unlock their potential. Through Hestia, I aim to provide a sacred space where movement, sound, and connection guide you toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
